I am still learning how to post and add things to the site such as links to other sites for sources of great information. I have read a number of great sites with some great information and as soon as I can figure out how to link to them I will.
I wanted to post to let everyone know I am not dead. We closed on the refinance of our house and anyone out there please take the time to look into this option if you have a rate over 6%. You could be able to either reduce your term for the same payment or refinance and reduce your payment to be able to save more or pay down higher rate debt.
